Emma was privileged to be at the forefront of search as it evolved within the legal profession. She developed a successful new offering for the pioneer company of executive search in the UK, subsequently establishing her own company Chancery Legal at the age of 30.  She is a qualified solicitor and a Henley Business School trained executive coach.
