Andrew Trickett will outline the process of carrying out a short knowledge review to capture the relevant knowledge gained during the course of a project.

He’ll also outline how lessons can be applied directly to the project whilst it is still ongoing and the wide range of benefits that can be achieved both personally and for the firm.

Speaker profile

Andrew Trickett is a highly experienced knowledge Manager and has been a knowledge manager both in the legal and private sector. He’s recognised within Arup as a subject matter expert on Communities of Practice and Knowledge Reviews.

Andrew has presented at a range of KM conferences globally and written papers on KM and chapters to a book on “Making Knowledge Management work for you” over the last 12 years.

Andrew holds a MBA from Aston University and his Masters Thesis was on Knowledge Sharing within Professional Services Organisation without using Information Technology.
